Milwaukee Drunk History and Fundraiser!
The UC and Historic Milwaukee invite you to an eclectic evening of Comedy, Art, Milwaukee History, Shakespeare and… some drunkenness! A fundraiser for Historic Milwaukee, the evening will feature a wide variety of fun including silent auction, art gallery, and the Drunk History of Milwaukee! Light hors d’oeuvres will be available along side Wisconsin craft beer, Cider, and more available for purchase at the bar. Silent Auction will feature art work from local artists with the Underground Collaborative Gallery and Milwaukee neighborhood posters, magnets, and more.
Doors Open at 6:30 pm. for the silent auction, view the Art Gallery and grab a drink at the bar. The Gallery has eight resident artists who work in different mediums to create a fine art environment. In addition to the silent auction, all art on the walls and in the Gallery Store is for sale! Comedy show will begin at 7:30 pm Mad Rogues will present scenes from the first three “episodes” of their Bard & Bourbon series, (drunk) Shakespearean Histories: King John, Richard II and Henry IV Parts 1 & 2. Milwaukee history presented in hilarious fashion written by Schmitz and Giggles.
Tickets: $10 online presale, or $15 at the door. Proceeds will benefit Historic Milwaukee!
Proceeds to benefit The Underground Collaborative and Historic Milwaukee, effort to raise awareness of Milwaukee’s history, neighborhoods and architecture.
The UC Features an Art Gallery and a Wisconsin Craft Beer bar to enjoy prior to events! The Underground Collaborative is an 18+ venue, all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
